XJTAG today launches version 2.6 of its industry-leading boundary scan software. A new library with auto-suggest now comes pre-installed with thousands of device files saving engineers significant time in design, development and manufacture. Third party integration is made easier with new .NET interface and new LabVIEW Virtual Instruments.

XJTAG is gearing up for Silicon Valley's annual industry show: ARM TechCon 2011, 26th – 27th September, where it will be showcasing its cost effective IEEE 1149.x JTAG compliant boundary scan development and test system.

XJTAG is one step closer to integrating its debugging software XJAnalyser with an oscilloscope, following talks with several leading manufacturers. XJAnalyser extends debug capability to Ball Grid Array (BGA) devices and it can provide engineers with a cost effective way to debug their boards and improve productivity.

XJTAG today announced a new agreement with Logic Technology, a European market leader in the provision of embedded software and test tools. They have a well-established base in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Last week at the Mansion House, XJTAG announced the opening of its first overseas office in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA. Massachusetts Governor, Deval Patrick, congratulated XJTAG CEO, Simon Payne on the company's investment.

XJTAG today announced the release of XJTAG version 2.5, which now includes a free layout viewer. The XJTAG Layout Viewer has been designed to improve productivity by allowing engineers to quickly visualise the exact location of faults.
