XJTAG today announced the release of the XJLink2-CFM and XJLink2-CFMx. The new modules provide Teradyne users with integrated access to XJTAG’s powerful test and programming tools, operating under the control of the TestStation™ test program.

XJTAG will be hosting a series ‘Introduction to Boundary Scan’ workshops in partnership with European distribution partner FlowCAD, at its German and Swiss headquarters.

XJTAG has unveiled an integrated XJFlash feature for up to 50 times faster flash programming. XJFlash allows engineers to automatically generate customised programming solutions that can overcome the speed limitations generally associated with using boundary scan to program flash memories connected to FPGAs.

On Wednesday 18 June, XJTAG brings its boundary scan workshop to the Logic Academy Day. The event, a series of parallel, full-day workshops and seminars designed by and for electronics engineers, will be held at the High-Tech Campus in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

XJTAG joins Italian Technology Partner IPSES to give a free, one-day workshop on the benefits of combining boundary scan with functional testing. The workshop will be held in association with National Instruments Italy, at its Milan headquarters.

In partnership with UK distributor Telexsus, XJTAG is hosting a series of free workshops across the UK throughout 2014. The one-day sessions provide an introduction to boundary scan and the XJTAG system.

XJTAG is hosting a free boundary scan workshop on Tuesday 21st January 2014 at the St. John’s Innovation Centre in Cambridge, building on the success of its 2013 global workshop programme. Of interest to engineers in design, development, test and production, the hands-on session provides a comprehensive introduction to JTAG boundary scan and the IEEE 1149.x standard.
